Welcome to Orinn Health AI Assistant (“Orinn”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By using Orinn, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please agree to continue using our services.

1. Nature of Services

Orinn is an AI-driven health companion platform providing:

• AI-powered health insights and symptom tracking
• Digital consultations with verified RMPs
• Personalized recommendations and reminders

AI outputs are assistive tools, not substitutes for professional medical advice.

2. Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older to use Orinn
• If allowing use by a minor, you must be legally authorized

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete registration info
• Do not use Orinn for emergencies or illegal activity
• Keep credentials confidential

4. Medical Disclaimer

• Orinn does not offer medical diagnosis or treatment
• Always consult a qualified doctor before decisions

5. Data Protection & Privacy

Data collection and processing follow our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws including DPDP Act 2023 and SPDI Rules.

6. User Content

• You grant Orinn a license to use submitted content
• Do not submit harmful, false, or infringing content

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and IP are owned or licensed by Orinn. You may not reuse or reverse-engineer without consent.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

• Some features may be paid
• No refunds unless required by law

9. Third-Party Services

Orinn integrates with external health providers. We are not liable for services delivered outside our platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for health outcomes from AI usage
• Our max liability is limited to past 12-month user fees

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Orinn against any misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access on violations. Users may delete their account anytime.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with prior notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts of Kolkata have exclusive jurisdiction.
